1.	Parent or Legal Guardian must approve submission of the contestant's photo(s). By submitting a photo, parent or legal guardian grants Alberta's Cutest kid Program (albertascutestkid.com) staff the right to publish submitted photo(s), child's name, city, and any captions submitted on Alberta's Cutest Kid website and/or marketing materials. Slight photo alterations may be made by our staff in order to fit our site or email newsletters properly.
2.	The Alberta's Cutest Kid Contest is judged by professionals and select parents. Photos are be judged with no discrimination towards sex, race, or age. All Decisions are final.
3.	Photos with nudity or children depicted in a derogatory or dangerous position will not be accepted. The Alberta's Cutest Kid staff reserves all right to refuse any photograph that they define as unacceptable.
4.	If a professional photo is submitted to our contests, Alberta's Cutest Kid will not be held harmful. It is recommended that parent or guardian receive rights to use the photo prior to contest submission
5.	Photos selected will be entered into a rotation and placed on the Post Card Flyers which we distribute all over Alberta. We cannot guarantee which rotation your photo will be in but you will be notified when it is.
6.	Our contests are void where prohibited by law. The contestants assume the total responsibility of knowing that they reside in a Province that prohibits photo contests and are subject to any local, provincial or Federal laws. The Alberta's Cutest Kid Program accepts no responsibility for making these Individual legal determinations.
7.	A Release form is required to be submitted for each child by the Parents or Guardian. All information must be completed on the form before the picture can be displayed on the website. Please click HERE to complete this form and submit to Adviser Graphics.
8.	Mail in Submissions will be subject to the following guidelines: 1. We are not responsible for lost or damaged photos. 2. Mailed in photos must be no larger than 5" x 7". 3. Photos will be returned if a self-addressed stamped envelope is included with the mail in entry. Winners' photos will not be returned, due to possible publishing use. 4. Mailed in Pictures must be accompanied by the following items which will allow us to place the photos in the proper member account. a. Member Account Email Addresses and password (for authentication purposes), Alberta's Cutest Kid Name and Brief Caption. Mail the letter to: Adviser Graphics, #3, 4940 - 54th Avenue, Red Deer, AB T4N5K8
9.	Please ensure your information is completed accurately. The Alberta's Cutest Kid Program cannot be responsible for photos being placed incorrectly into wrong Alberta’s Cutest Kid categories. Categories are set by the child's birth date
